Storage & Handling of Parts
We design, fabricate and commission mobile transporters/storage racks. Each rack is able to hold up to 8 heavy stators that can range from 80 to 250kg each, allowing us to transport, load, and unload with ease.
Noise Pollution
We design and erect acoustic enclosures to reduce low and high pitch noise pollution to under 75dBa.
Limited Production Space
Drawings are designed and created with professional engineers to include load calculations, endorsement of mezzanine floors with escape staircase, safety railings and hoppers and silos.
Mobile Staircase
Our self-locking mechanical staircase allows movement around and between storage racks for ease of storage and removal of parts.
Dust Pollution
Fine dust and particles can result in serious health problems and safety hazards – which can be resolved by our Amano rage of dust and mist collectors, as well as the Universal Downdraft Workstation, a self-contained all-in plug & play workstation that also saves valuable space and cost by eliminating the need for additional equipment.
Fire Hazards
Fine combustible dust such as titanium, aluminum and manganese are widely used in parts, jigs and fixtures, which are extremely flammable, but can be prevented with our Amano range of anti-explosion dust collectors and spark box.
Periodic Maintenance of Large Cooling Towers
Large cooling towers are prone to clogging from foreign particles such as sand, metal dust, leaves and twigs as they are in operation 24 hours a day. Some are also located in confined space or require working-at-height. Universal Engineering provides regular maintenance works on weekends and public holidays to minimize interference and downtime.
